away, perfect for sharing amongst families and friends. The main part consists of 3 double bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms, 1 vast open living and dining room, 1 separate kitchen, downstairs WC, laundry room, extensive terraces, an alfresco dining area, and a swimming pool. The annex
consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, an open plan kitchen, dining, and living space, a private terrace and entrance, a garden, a large garage, and an open space and entrance. Villa entrance gate, garage for 2 cars, open-air parking area for 2 cars, total 4 cars parking area.

INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
• Changeover day: Saturday(during June, July, and August), flexible the rest of the year.
• Concierge services: private chef, massage, private van, yachts rental, etc.
• Minimum stay: 7 nights (Saturday/Saturday)
• Check-in: from 16:00 hrs
• Cleaning: every day (4 hours a day 6 days a week) and check-out cleaning is included in the rates.
• Refundable Damage Depozit 3.000 EUR
• Booking Information: 50% down payment within 5 working days to confirm the booking

• No parties allowed at the villa
• No outdoor loud music before 11 AM and after 11PM
