Kio the seahorse

Kio’s mission is to educate humans about the current state of the oceans and encourage them to take an active part in nature conservation. With a touching story and delightful illustrations, the book inspires the whole family.

Kio, the seahorse maiden is born during a violent storm. The gods rage because of the state of the world.
Kio soon wonders about the strange, colourful plastic pieces in the sea and sets out to find answers.
Soon she meets a wise octopus who gets to the bottom of her questions and joins her on an exciting journey. Kim, the human girl, is also concerned about the state of her beloved sea and decides to take action. With courage, a little magic and a lot of love for life, they work together for a positive change in this world.
